The free breakfast is 5 out of 10 the one in makati have a better breakfast offering also the breakfast area gets very crowded in the morning its very close to the terminal 3 airport so the hotel gets very busy . it is also close to new port mall and casino is close by . I have to carry my own luggage because they don't have enough staff not a deal breaker for me but if you will need assistant for your luggage you will probably need to go to the front desk to ask. you won't see them outside or at the lobby. I like that they offer a shuttle to the terminal 3 walk bridge if you decide to walk from the hotel it will be more than 30 mins walk. From the walk bridge to the actual terminal it is about 2 to 3 min walk the terminal bridge don't have good signage and direction .

I love that you can choose the type of coffee you want, not just plain coffee and milk, they have machines for cappuccino and others. Great value for money. They don’t have smoking are inside the hotel, but they have separate space for smoking area beside the dining area. The common comfort room in the ground floor is so clean and has lots of tissues unlike other hotels.

Given the reviews, I was worried a little about the quality, but everything really met my expectations. Bed was extremely comfortable, room was well appointed, and staff were very helpful and efficient. For one night, it was a very nice experience.
